George Coleman, Broker I have a track record of sales that extends over 35 years. I lived on Lake Barkley for many years and am very familiar with Kentucky Lake properties as well. I have extensive ties to this area since childhood. I know the area, the people, the culture and the properties. I know the U.S.Army Corp.of Engineers regulations and expectations of the lakefront land owners. I am a lakefront land owner and have been for many years. I feel it is a comforting feeling for the prospective buyer to realize the years of experience I offer. I interact with the U. S. Army Corp of Engineers often. Having done this for many years, I am very comfortable with them. I understand the position they represent concerning the shoreline of Intercoastal Shorelines. I deal with this regularly and know who to contact and how to interact with the Corp. They really are good people who represent a very friendly and worthwhile cause. They protect the shorelines as well as the property owners investments. They get a bad rap sometimes from unknowing or uninformed people, but I know their value to the shorelines and property owners. If they didn't exist, the lake properties would suffer tremendously. I look at the U.S. Army Corp. of Engineers as friends of the property owners. I know them and respect their cause. They know me and respect my cause.

We have relocated our office in Madisonville, Kentucky and continue to focus our efforts on Kentucky Lake and Lake Barkley areas. In the area surrounding Madisonville, there are three more beautiful lakes owned and operated by the Kentucky Fish and Wildlife Department. We love the lakes areas and will dedicate our company's strength and knowledge to benefit you when dealing with this area.
